OSL is an international, inter-denominational, Christian healing organization. We are made up of healing communities dedicated to offering healing prayer in Jesus’ name to all who are in need. We are a Christian community of faith, prayer and service. We are a network of individual believers who come together to learn more about God’s healing love and the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives and bring wholeness. Once trained, we offer healing prayer in our communities. This is our unique mission and ministry.
Bring Light Into the Darkness of Prison
KAIROS is an ecumenical ministry that encourages Christians from various backgrounds to be volunteers in this Christ-filled ministry.
KAIROS Inside begins with an introductory 4-day weekend, described as a short course in Christianity.
Interspersed throughout the weekend is music, prayer, activities, a chance to form relationships and demonstrate Christ’s love. KAIROS of San Diego currently supports programs in four yards: Yards A, B, C and D at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility.
The Church exists in the world to do two primary things. One: to worship God in beauty and the splendor of holiness. Two: to make disciples (students) of Jesus Christ who pattern their lives after Him.
At the Anglican Church of the Spirit, we are disciples who make other disciples. We do that - and learn to do that - through a variety of ways. Whether through Bible study, service at the food bank (the "Bread Basket"), or through other ways of service and care in the community, our only goal is to obey the Two Great Commandments that Jesus gave us: To love God unparalleled and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
We do this precisely through worship and discipleship. We do this, in other words, by obeying what Jesus told us to do, "Come, follow Me!"
